We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the details below regarding our processing and shipping times:

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked as ready-to-ship are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Made-to-Order Items

Items labeled as made-to-order require additional time for production. These items will ship within 1–2 weeks after purchase.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all items will be shipped together in a single package. The order will be dispatched once the made-to-order item has been completed.

You will be notified via email when your order is processed and shipped. All orders are shipped via Macedonian Postal Service (Airmail) with a tracking number included in the confirmation email.

Delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks. Please note that the delivery time may vary, and we can not be responsible for losses or delays.

Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees and duties. We do not have information on customs or duties and can not estimate these charges. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the delivery estimates.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your items please contact us within 48h of receiving your order.

Please note, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Bespoke or custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Items should be returned to the address detailed on the packaging.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and may take up to 7 days to show in your account.

International taxes and duties that have been paid on receiving an item can not be refunded.
