Shipping

After placing an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days processing time. You will be notified via email when your order will be processed and shipped. All orders are shipped via Macedonian Postal Service (Airmail) with tracking number included in the confirmation email.

Delivery takes about 2 to 4 weeks. Please note that the delivery time may vary and we can not be responsible for losses or delays.

Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees and duties. We do not have information on customs or duties and can not estimate these charges. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the delivery estimates.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your items please contact us within 48h of receiving your order.

Please note, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Bespoke or custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Items should be returned to the address detailed on the packaging.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and may take up to 7 days to show in your account.

International taxes and duties that have been paid on receiving an item can not be refunded.
